Urgent payment problem

Hi I’ve just made a payment to buy a mountain of cash so that I can take advantage of the boost sale.
I have received the receipt from Apple to say the payment was successful but the game has not recognised the purchase.

I have stopped the game and restarted it. Still nothing.

Clearly, I can’t use in game support because it takes too long and the boost sale will be closed.

If you could include a screenshot of your receipt, in your email, it would be really helpful.


As much as I want the boost sales to be done, they won’t be over anytime soon. We’ve had boost “sales” for a month and a half now, with no end in sight.
