VIP Incubator solution not solves

I did not recieve my VIP Incubator and now its saying I have to re subscribe in order to get it l, but from what I read its only a 1 time deal. A deal that was not faithfully held up on there end of the bargain. I’m starting to think that LUDIA is scamming people, I mean else would we not be getting it??? If someone can help me get what is rightfully mine I will be happy but if not then I do have the right to sue and anyone else who has been robbed also has the right to sue, Under the Costomer Cares Act you have to faithfully give your customers what they either ordered or bought so please consider giving me my damn Incubator that I bought with my hard earned money
