VIP Pass purchased but I got no T Rex

This morning I purchased the monthly VIP Pass. Unfortunately I did Not receive the T-Rex. Any idea what I can do?

I did about 10 hours ago. Can they fix the problem? What do you think how long it will take?

Hey thinkblue71, our team will definitely try their best to help you with your issue. However, as our support team answer tickets in the order that they come in, it could take a few business days depending on their volume of tickets.

If you had already contacted our team, I would recommend not updating the message until our team replies as that could reset your position in their queue.
