VIP status and account lost?

I don’t know if there was an update, but I was asked to re-login using my Apple ID, And now I am at level one, with none of my stuff, without my user name, and without the benefits of the VIP account I pay for.

Anyone else seeing this?

I am sorry your account was reset, if you haven’t already, you can contact support+dnd@ludia.com and they will help you recover your account. Please note that it may take a couple of business days for them to get back to you, and we ask that you are patient. To speed things along please include your current support key (the one on the level 1 account) and if you have it your old support key.
