Concéntrate in the making of the idominus Rex and raptor
Fuse level 40 T-Rex and Velociraptor to make Indominus, make Indominus to level 40, fuse Indominus level 40 with 4000 Velociraptor DNA and voilĂ !
I think he was asking the best way to get her without messing everything up including primarily the ferocity gap. Maybe he was asking the surrounding creatures which lead the whole line up to an evironment of much more appropriate and adjustable for the Indoraptor. If he wasn’t, then I would. 
There’s a LOT of previous topics on adding the Indoraptor. If you click the magnifying glass at the top right, you can search the forum for “Indoraptor” and read through some of the past advice. That way if you still have questions to be answered, you can pose them with more detail and ideally screenshots of your lineup.
