What to do with the Dinosaurs DNA

Hi

I am new in the game and play since 2 or 3 weeks. What should I do with the DNA of the Dinosaurs. Example: my Velociraptor is lv 15 should i cross him with T-Rex to Indominous Rex or should i push him to lv 20 for Indominous Raptor? I have so many of this problems because i can cross so many Dinosaurs DNA but I have no plan what is the best way to grow up

First get indom to 20 and the velo to 20, don’t level any non-hybrid/regular hybrid Dino over lvl 20 UNLESS if you want to use it in Advantage tourneys.
