Who do we contact when support doesn’t reply?


Ok, so I submitted a ticket 11 days ago… no response apart from the automated bot saying “does it relate to these issues” and “we are receiving many tickets please be patient”… but 11 days is ridiculous. And now I have another ticket to submit. Just wondering if anyone has gotten any success at receiving a reply anywhere? Support in this game is worse than useless, apparently.
