Why do lower lvl strike towers always appear out of boumds away from me and this streak of bad luck happens almost all the time

idk, i usually see those more than bigger ones, its all random

In the zone I am in the strike towers are way beyond my reach. I think Ludia hate zone 4 for some reason.
