Why does IIT have a shorter cooldown than II

Why is it like that? IIT is better than II but it has a shorter cooldown.

Maybe because of Taunt.

I don’t really know, its the same issue with taunting rampage and taunt shattering rampage

Well with TSR at least there’s the added benefits of being defense shattering, so that helps a bit to balance it. But II doesnt have any good reason to be on a 3 turn cooldown compared to IIT, which has 2. Personally I’d just prefer it to change to a 2 turn cooldown or just replace II with IIT
