Why is there no more clash of champions event?

Are you level 60 ? If you are level 60 and above you won’t have Clash of Champions anymore.

And instead of clash of champions, its Clash of Titans which gives you a free tournament legendary unlock by doing 28 events for it, sometimes 26 or 24
