Creatures of the same rarity and level usually have similar ferocities. These two just happen to have the exact same health and attack. Apparently Stygimoloch and Baryonyx (Jurassic), Hyaenodon (Ceno), and Giant Orthoconef and Henodus (Aquatic) all have the exact same attack and health at level 10 (1296, 405)

They both cost 10,000 loyalty points so it doesn’t matter.

All VIPs have the same Ferocity, so it’s not inconceivable that some of them have the same stats.
Stygimoloch, Baryonyx, Hyaenodon, Giant Orthocone, and Henodus also have those stats.
Concavenator, Pterodactylus, Brontotherium, and Tarbosaurus all have the same stats.
Procoptodon and Prestosuchus
Rhomaleosaurus and Wuerhosaurus
Orthocanthus and Hainosaurus
There may be others…
