Zero DNA awarded for fusion

I never saw this before this morning. I wonder if anyone else has seen this?
I have a level 17 Spinonyx and got enough DNA for another fusion.
I pressed the “FUSE” button and the usual pink mist animation went off.
I saw a bunch of XP bubbles float up to my level marker in the upper left corner, BUT…
I got zero DNA for the fusion.
Before the fuse, I had 0/150 and after the fusion I had 0/150.

Have u tried restarting the app? I had visual glitches like this many times and they disappeared when I force closed the app and restarted it.

Yes I did… even right now, I’m still at 0/150.
I got the XP but not the DNA.
